Commencement of operations:

On receipt of final acceptance from the client group of designated supervisors and the fleet of selected vehicles will be marched to the client’s place and the drivers will be backed with full information of client requirements, for smooth operation.

Dry Run

On the designated day a Dry Run exercise is carried out as per the proposed routes to identify the exact locations for pickup and drop. Actual addresses of the employees and also the timings and destinations are recorded. Initial hiccups if any will be brought to the notice of Transport Facility of the client for necessary modification if required.

  • Feedback on daily basis

  • Induction program and training for the new drivers
Scrutiny of drivers:
  • Drivers details (Name, Photo, Blood Group, Residential permanent Address, Driving license copy, Thumb impression, palm impression)
  • Changes in vehicle & drivers
  • SGT laminated ID card
  • Transport Management Helpdesk with dedicated communication facilities
  • Helpdesk to work very closely with project team
  • Sufficient rest to be given to drivers
  • Periodic review of security measures
  • Make sure drivers are not drunk – use breath analyzer
